Personal Trainers

We pride in our highly qualified personal trainers with a diverse range of specialties. Personal trainers are on site to assist you with advice and tips and can be booked to cater for your personalized fitness program in our Platinum packages, which are available from 3 – 12 months.


At Franschhoek Health Club we believe in the importance of assessing our members on a regular basis to ensure that the programmes prescribed are perfectly designed for individual needs. These specialists are there to care for your health and wellness. The biokineticist also help with rehabilitation of injuries.

Group Fitness

We offer the latest in group training with instructors who will motivate you and keep you excited and active for the duration of your class. Add a class to your normal training schedule and see the difference!

The studio can also be booked for team building session for corporate gatherings. This can vary from 2 hour street-wise karate sessions by Chris Ensil or any other of our specialized trainers according to your specified needs. In conjunction with our local Medicare EMR, Garth Van Zyl, CPR trainings and first aid will be offered to our members.


1. Pilates
Strengthen your body with this special class which originates from pilates, but with a little difference.
2. Spinning
Spin to the beat with some guidance and improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as leg strength and stamina.
3. Aqua Aerobics
Try out this non weight bearing class which would challenge you on a whole different level to improve strength and endurance.
4. Body Tone
Body tone is an all over body workout. Each class is based on improving your shape, tone and all round fitness.
5. Boxing & Step
One of the most fun and beneficial ways to stay in shape is aerobic boxing. It is a non contact class.
6.Karate *
Self- Defense Skills, Traditional Karate
A fun & safe way to learn, built Self- Confidence & a host of Benefits
